JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior management to determine project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with business objectives.
• Create detailed project plans and related documents, outlining tasks, deadlines, and resource allocation.
• Manage all project activities, ensuring technical capabilities and adherence to project timelines.
• Identify and manage project dependencies, predicting potential risks or obstacles, and developing mitigation strategies.
• Ensure all projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Work closely with the software development team to ensure the product meets project requirements.
• Continuously improve the project management toolsets and methods used within the organization.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of software project management experience.
• Proven experience working with the Agile – Scrum model.
• Strong technical background, with a solid understanding of software development processes.
• Experience in managing outsourcing projects

Must-have requirements

• Experience in the IT or technology industry.
• Being fluent in English
• Hard-working Attitude
• Being flexible in working hours
