JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities 

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with strong expertise in Java technologies and proven experience delivering large-scale Supply Chain solutions.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading technical initiatives, driving architectural decisions, collaborating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery of complex enterprise systems. The ideal candidate is highly proactive, technically hands-on, and capable of working effectively in a dynamic international environment.

This position may require overseas onsite assignments depending on project and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise applications using Java technologies.
• Drive architecture discussions and ensure system scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and promote engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with customers, business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Support project planning, estimation, risk management, and technical execution.
• Act as a key technical contact in large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Technical Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software development with strong expertise in Java.
• Solid experience with Core Java, Spring Boot, XML, Hibernate, JSF, and JBoss environments.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design, Design Patterns, and SOLID principles.
• Experience building and supporting large-scale microservices and distributed systems.
• Strong experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL APIs, asynchronous messaging, and system integrations.
• Experience with Oracle Database and familiarity with Redis.
• Experience with AWS services such as ECS, Lambda, CloudWatch, and RDS.
• Good understanding of Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, and modern DevOps practices.

Domain & Leadership

• Proven experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Inventory Management, Procurement, or related domains.
• Experience leading technical teams or technical workstreams in complex projects.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly proactive and capable of driving initiatives independently.

Communication

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Comfortable working directly with international customers and leading technical discussions in English.
• Able to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related fields.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SCM, WMS, TMS, or Logistics platforms.
• Experience working with global customers and distributed teams.
• AWS certification is a plus.
• Willingness to travel or work onsite overseas when required.
