JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

As a Senior Odoo Developer at NSC, you will work remotely with fixed working hours from 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Vietnam time).

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Odoo Developer with strong expertise in Python and Odoo ERP, combined with an AI-driven mindset. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing ERP solutions while leveraging modern AI tools (including Claude AI) to enhance automation, accelerate development, and improve business efficiency.

This role is ideal for someone who can bridge traditional ERP development with cutting-edge AI capabilities, using AI as a core productivity and innovation tool.

Key Activities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom Odoo modules and ERP functionalities.
• Customize and extend Odoo features to meet business and operational needs.
• Develop and optimize backend systems using Python.
• Build and enhance automation workflows within Odoo and integrated systems.
• Integrate third-party services and APIs into ERP environments.
• Leverage Claude AI and other AI tools to support development, automation, and problem-solving.
• Apply AI-assisted development practices (prompt engineering, AI-generated code, AI agents).
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes through AI-enabled automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Ensure code quality, system performance, and reliability.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of experience in Python development, with strong backend expertise.
• Proven hands-on experience with Odoo framework (custom modules, workflows, integrations).
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and business process automation.
• Solid experience with API integrations and system architecture.
• Experience using Claude AI or similar AI tools in development workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to design scalable systems.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively.
• Fluent English communication (equivalent to IELTS 6.0+), able to work directly with international stakeholders.
