JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Claude Managed Engineer to build, configure, and integrate Claude-managed AI agents into customer systems. This role focuses on working with Anthropic’s managed agent ecosystem, including agent configuration, prompt engineering, tool integration, and backend connectivity.

You will collaborate with customers and internal teams to design, deploy, and maintain AI-powered workflows using Claude and Anthropic’s managed platform.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Agent Development & Configuration

• Configure and manage Claude-based agents using Anthropic’s managed platform.
• Design and optimize prompts to ensure reliable and high-quality agent behavior.
• Define and maintain agent configurations using YAML-based agent definitions.
• Configure and connect tools available to managed agents.
• Set up and manage MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations.

Backend Integration

• Integrate Claude-managed agents with customer applications and internal systems.
• Implement and maintain webhook-based integrations.
• Handle event processing and event tracing for agent activities.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure reliable communication between agents and external systems.

Platform Operations

• Support deployment and operational activities related to Claude-managed agents.
• Monitor agent integrations and resolve configuration or connectivity issues.
• Collaborate with customers and technical teams during implementation and onboarding.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

AI / LLM Engineering

• Experience working with Anthropic API.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering.
• Experience configuring tools for AI agents.
• Experience working with MCP (Model Context Protocol).
• Experience creating and managing YAML-based agent definitions.

Backend Engineering

• Experience integrating AI services into existing systems.
• Experience working with webhooks and event-driven integrations.
• Experience with event tracing and troubleshooting integration flows.

DevOps (Basic)

• Ability to support deployment and operational setup for managed AI agents.
• Understanding of system configuration and integration troubleshooting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Claude-managed agents or Anthropic’s managed AI ecosystem.
• Experience implementing AI-powered workflows for enterprise customers.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work directly with customers to understand integration requirements.
