Job Description
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, primarily Chinese-speaking clients and partners.
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients through regular communication and support.
- Support account management activities such as client coordination, contract follow-up, and basic account reporting.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Project Management, Engineering) to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Handle client inquiries, feedback, and issues in a timely and professional manner; escalate to relevant teams when needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, contracts, and communication history.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling software development services.
- Support business development and account expansion activities in Asian and international markets.
- Work hybrid: at the office 1–2 days per week
Job Requirements
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Information Technology, Chinese Studies, or a related field.
- Open for Fresher / New Graduates; training will be provided.
- Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) – spoken and written (HSK 5+ or equivalent preferred).
- Good communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn about software development services and IT outsourcing.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong learning mindset, proactive attitude, and sense of responsibility.
- Comfortable communicating with clients and handling business-related tasks.
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to work with cross-functional teams.
- Hard-working attitude and commitment to personal and professional development
Nice-to-have requirements
- Basic English communication skills for internal use or future growth.
- Internship or part-time experience in Account Management, Sales, Customer Service, or Business Development.
- Basic understanding of IT, software development, or technology-related services.
