ABOUT THIS ROLE

4-MONTH PRACTICAL ROADMAP

- Foundation Building (Month 1):
- Week 1-2:

- Understand the global tech industry, our services and products, and market trends.
- Understand our internal workflows, daily operations
- Build and target the right ICP (Ideal Customer Profile)
- Be familiar with most basic tools
- Week 3-4:
- Leverage your knowledge and tools to launch multi-channel outreach and connect with international clients
- Learn how to pitch the company and practice answering the most commonly asked questions.

- Hunting & Outreach (Month 2):
- Review & Improve: Look at your first results to make your target list (ICP) and messages even better.
- Master the Basics: Learn how to introduce the company clearly and answer common questions.
- Reach Out & Connect: Use your improved strategy to send more messages and turn cold contacts into warm replies.
Can be reviewed for the Junior role after this month if show good performance.
- Evaluation & Objection Handling (Month 3):
- Review & Refine: Analyze your weekly performance to fine-tune your ICP, outreach messages, and channels.
- Improve Your Pitch: Get comfortable leading most meetings and handling common client questions or objections
- Apply your updated strategy to scale your outreach and drive warmer conversations.
- Scale Your Work: Use what you’ve learned to reach more leads and create better conversations
- Account Management: Start taking care of existing projects, support clients, and look for chances to grow the account
- Proposal Support: Help prepare and contribute to proposals
Can be reviewed for the Junior role after this month if show good performance.
- Closing & Support (Month 4):
- Review & Refine: Analyze your weekly performance to fine-tune your ICP, outreach messages, and channels.
- Apply your updated strategy to scale your outreach and drive warmer conversations.
- Scale Your Work: Use what you’ve learned to reach more leads and create better conversations
- Account Management: Taking care of existing projects, support clients, and look for chances to grow the account
- Proposal Creation: Prepare and build client proposals

EVALUATION CRITERIA
- Action: Your dedication to market research, building accurate ICPs, and maintaining consistent daily outreach.
- Results: Your ability to generate positive responses and secure qualified meetings with C-level executives.
- Growth: Your proactiveness in learning the tech industry, handling rejection gracefully, and continuously optimizing your sales strategy.
WHO CAN JOIN THIS PROGRAMME
- Passionate about Sales: You genuinely love working with people and thrive in a role that is both human-centric and results-oriented.
- Strong English: You write clearly and naturally in a business setting. You are comfortable and confident communicating directly with international executives (IELTS 6.5+ equivalent).
- Resilience: Outbound sales requires patience. We need someone who stays positive, handles rejection gracefully, and keeps trying new approaches even when responses are slow.
- Tech-Curious: No coding skills are needed, but you should have a genuine interest in learning about software, IT, and how our clients operate.
- Proactive Mindset: You take the initiative to find solutions independently, always keeping the mindset of “How can I do this better?”
- Time Commitment: Minimum 20 hours per week with flexible working hours.
(Note: Working Full-time or near full-time availability is a plus)
