JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities 

As an Atlassian Assets & Support Specialist at NSC, you will have the opportunity to work remotely, with fixed working hours from 3PM to 11PM Vietnam time (the rest is flexible). 

We are looking for an Atlassian Assets & Support Specialist to support and optimize our Atlassian ecosystem, primarily focusing on Jira, Jira Service Management (JSM), Confluence, and Atlassian Assets on Atlassian Cloud.

The role will be responsible for asset data management, platform administration, and providing technical support while contributing to continuous improvements in ITSM and asset management processes. 

Main responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain Atlassian Assets data models within the Atlassian Cloud environment
• Manage asset data including:
  • Data imports
  • Data cleansing
  • Object structures
  • Relationship mapping
• Provide Level 2/Level 3 support for:
  • Jira
  • Jira Service Management (JSM)
  • Confluence
• Handle incidents, service requests, and configuration changes in accordance with support processes
• Troubleshoot system and configuration issues to ensure platform stability and usability

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Responsibilities

• Integrate Atlassian Assets with Jira Service Management workflows and processes
• Automate data imports, synchronization, and updates using scripts or APIs
• Identify opportunities to improve ITSM operations and asset management processes
• Support process optimization initiatives and documentation updates

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• Associate-level experience in Atlassian administration
• Hands-on experience with Atlassian Assets
• Experience working in ITSM or technical support environments
• Solid understanding of Jira and Jira Service Management configurations
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Knowledge of CMDB concepts and best practices
• Experience with scripting and automation tools (e.g. Groovy, REST APIs)
• Familiarity with:
  • SLA management
  • Incident management
  • Problem management

Soft Skills

• Service-oriented mindset with strong responsiveness
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to work independently in an offshore/remote collaboration environment
• Clear, proactive, and professional communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Atlassian Cloud environments
• Relevant Atlassian certifications are a plus
• Experience supporting enterprise ITSM operations is advantageous
