JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a highly capable and hands-on Senior Fullstack Engineer to join our team. This role requires a strong technical mindset with the ability to quickly understand existing systems, provide architectural direction, and actively contribute to development.

You will act as a technical anchor for the team, ensuring system stability, scalability, and maintainability while supporting engineers through onboarding and continuous guidance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Quickly gain a deep understanding of the current system, including architecture, data flow, and business logic
• Analyze and break down the system end-to-end to identify improvements and optimization opportunities
• Act as a technical anchor, providing clear technical direction and decision-making support for the team
• Participate in hands-on development when needed, especially in critical or complex areas
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on technical solutions
• Support onboarding and training of new engineers, helping them ramp up effectively
• Ensure best practices in code quality, system design, and performance optimization

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in roles such as Senior Fullstack Engineer, Technical Lead, or Solution Architect (hands-on)
• Strong backend development experience with Node.js and/or Java
• Solid experience working with AWS services
• Hands-on experience with OpenSearch (or Elasticsearch equivalent)
• Experience with frontend development using AngularJS
• Strong system design and architectural thinking capabilities
• Ability to work independently with high responsiveness and ownership
• Good communication skills, especially in technical discussions

Nice to Have

• Experience working in distributed or microservices architecture
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience mentoring or leading engineering teams
