Job Description

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Bridge Engineer who can effectively connect our Taiwanese partners with the Vietnam development team, ensuring smooth communication, accurate requirement translation, and high-quality technical delivery.

As a Bridge Engineer at NSC, you will have to work at the company office with fixed working hours from 8h30AM to 5h30PM Vietnam time 

Main responsibilities:

• Act as the communication bridge between Taiwanese clients/partners and the Vietnam development team.
• Analyze business requirements from clients and clearly translate them into technical specifications for the team.
• Participate in system design and propose suitable technical solutions (Java or .NET).
• Monitor project progress, coordinate with stakeholders, and proactively resolve issues.
• Join online meetings with clients, clarify requirements, and provide regular project updates.
• Review technical documents to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Support code reviews and provide technical guidance as a Bridge Engineer.
• Ensure smooth and effective collaboration between client-side and development teams.

Job Requirements

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in software development using Java or .NET.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile/Scrum.
• Experience working directly with overseas clients, especially Taiwan.
• Chinese proficiency at HSK4 (HSKK is a plus).
• Excellent communication and requirement-translation skills.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and proactive working attitude.

Nice-to-have

• Experience as a Bridge Engineer or technical coordinator.
• Knowledge of AWS/Azure or microservices.
• Ability to provide technical direction to the team.
• English at 5.5 IELTS (or equivalent)
